8. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO AWARD A CONSTRUCTION\nCONTRACT FOR FIRE PROTECTION ALARM SYSTEM PROJECT FOR CITY\nHALL AND OTHER CITY BUILDINGS\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Award Jam Corporation the construction contract for Fire Protection alarm system\nfor a not-to-exceed amount of $983,900.00.\n2. Authorize the Finance Department to provide the funding source, account\nnumber(s) and project code for this specific project in order to process project\ninvoices; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction contract agreement.
