14. AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CINTAS\nCORPORATION NO. 3 FOR UNIFORM RENTAL AND LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR\nCITY UNIFORMED PERSONNEL IN THE PUBLIC WORKS AND COMMUNITY\nSERVICES DEPARTMENTS\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to extend the agreement with the\nCity's current contract provider for uniform rental and laundry services. Associated costs\nin the approximate amount of $25,000 were previously budgeted for this purpose\n(Account No. 11-6370-160105).\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the professional services\nagreement with Cintas Corporation No. 3 for uniform rental and laundry services for\nuniformed personnel in the Public Works and Community Services Departments from\nFebruary 28, 2023, through February 28, 2024; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City\nAttorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the amendment; and 3)\nAuthorize City Manager and City Clerk to execute the amendment.
