AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH LINKEDIN CORPORATION\nFOR AN ONLINE EMPLOYEE TRAINING PLATFORM/LEARNING LIBRARY FOR AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-\nEXCEED $141,615 (Human Resources Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) “Common Sense” exemption; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract, as a result of a competitive selection process\nspecified by Section 4.08.047 of the Pasadena Municipal Code, with LinkedIn Corporation (LinkedIn) for an online\nemployee\ntraining platform/learning library for a total amount not-to-exceed $141,615 over a three-year term.
