CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nBUENA PARK, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY\nTHE CITY TO BE "SURPLUS LAND" UNDER THE SURPLUS LAND ACT (7711-7733\nBEACH BOULEVARD, BUENA PARK, CA)\nPurpose: Declare City-owned property to be “surplus land” for purposes of the SLA as a\npreliminary step in the City’s efforts to facilitate the sale and development of the\nProperty.\nRecommended Action: 1) Adopt the attached Resolution declaring the City-owned real\nproperty located at 7711-7733 Beach Boulevard, Buena Park, CA (“Property”) to be\n“surplus land” pursuant to the California Surplus Land Act (California Government Code\n§ 54220 et seq., the “SLA”).
