PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PACE ADVANCED WATER\nENGINEERING FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE PEAK PARK AND BOISSERANC\nPARK POOL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT\nPresented by Mina Mikhael, P.E., Director of Public Works/City Engineer\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to hire a consultant for design services\nrelated to the Peak Park and Boisseranc Park Pool Improvements Project. Associated\ncosts in the amount of $86,920 will be funded by the Park In-Lieu Fund (Project Account\nNo. 32-9806-290163).\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Pace\nAdvanced Water Engineering in the amount of $86,920 for design services for the Peak\nPark and Boisseranc Park Pool Improvements Project; 2) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.\nMAYOR/CITY COUNCIL REPORTS & CALENDAR\na.
