3.7 TEMPORARY AMPHITHEATER UPDATE AND\nCONTRACT FOR LABOR AND OPERATIONS\nACTION:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract\nwith PSQ Productions, Inc., for setup and operation of\nthe Great Park Temporary Amphitheater, along with the\nnecessary budgetary appropriation of $6,603,695 from\nthe Great Park Operating Fund.\n2) Approve a contract with International Alliance for\nTheatrical and Stage Employees (IATSE) for stage\noperations support as needed at the Great Park\nTemporary Amphitheater\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City\nCouncil, the vote on this matter will reflect the prior\naction of each Councilmember when he or she sat and\nvoted as a member of the Board of Directors of the\nGreat Park Corporation. However, if a Councilmember\nis not present at the City Council meeting, his or her\nvote will be reflected as absent.)\n3.7
