20. INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF AN\nORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF\nTITLES 1 & 25 OF THE LAGUNA BEACH\nMUNICIPAL CODE AND DETERMINING THAT NO\nFURTHER ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW IS\nREQUIRED PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RESOURCES\nCODE SECTION 21166\nRecommendation: Introduce the Ordinance that amends\ncertain portions of Titles 1 & 25 of the Laguna Beach\nMunicipal Code and determines that no further\nenvironmental review is required pursuant to Public\nResources Code section 21166 by: 1) asking the City Clerk to\nread the title of the Ordinance; and 2) approving a motion to\nwaive further reading of the Ordinance and to pass it to\nsecond reading.
