21. 2024 COMMUNITY SURVEY\nRecommendations:\n(1) Direct the City Manager to prepare a community\nsurvey;\n(2) Appoint a City Council ad hoc committee to collaborate\nwith city staff and the consultant to help finalize the survey\nobjectives and survey instrument before its release; and\n(3) Provide direction to staff and the ad hoc committee\nregarding topics and revenue enhancements to be included\nin the survey.
