18. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR PARK, PLAYGROUND,\nAND RECREATION MASTER PLAN\nRecommendations:\n(1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a consultant\nservices agreement with Community Works Design Group,\nLLC in the amount of $356,427 to prepare the Park,\nPlayground, and Recreation Master Plan;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to approve change orders\nfor additional services that may be required in an amount\nnot to exceed $36,000;\n(3) Transfer $100,500 in project savings from the Bluebird\nCanyon Drive Evacuation Route Widening to the Citywide\nPark, Playground, and Recreation Master Plan Study to\nbring the total project budget to $392,900; and\n(4) Terminate Agreement no. 23-120 with Community\nWorks Design Group LLC for the Playground Master\nPlan.
