18. EMERGENCY PLUMBING REPAIRS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS – CITY MANAGER'S FINAL REPORT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Receive and file the City Manager’s final report of the emergency procurement of plumbing repairs at various locations as prescribed in Montebello Municipal Code Section 3.20.50; and 2. Amend the Fiscal Year 2022-23 budget by increasing appropriations by a total of $99,969 in the Measure A Fund (Account No. 221-70-720-6040.45, Measure A, Parks and Recreation, Parks Maintenance, Sewer Maintenance); and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
