15. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3886 - SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM PROVIDER RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 extending Agreement No. 3886 for an additional one-year (1-year) term to provide services for the City's Summer Food Service Program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
