CONSIDERATION OF INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 2459, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2443; CONSIDERATION OF TEMPORARY STARTING TIME ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY Page 5 of 7 COUNCIL MEETINGS AND ESTABLISH STUDY SESSION TO REVIEW NEWLY PROPOSED RULES OF ORDER RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Introduce the attached Ordinance repealing previously adopted Ordinance 2443; 2. Temporarily adjust the starting time of City Council, Public Finance Authority and Successor Agency meetings; 3. Set a time to conduct a Study Session to review the proposed changes to the City Council/Authority/Agency Meeting Rules of Order offered by Mayor Torres; or 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
