D. Council Members (1) UPDATE TO COUNCIL APPOINTEES TO REGIONAL COMMITTEES, COMMISSIONS AND CITY COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEES Staff Recommendation 1. Update Councilmember appointments to various regional committees, commissions and boards. 2. Determine whether or not to establish a citizen’s subcommittee to further analyze the feasibility of an amphitheater. If it is determined to establish a citizen’s subcommittee, each Councilmember will appoint a citizen, and notify the City Clerk of that appointment. 3. Update Councilmember appointments to various City Council subcommittees.
