F. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - LA PATA SEWER LIFT STATION REHABILITATION Staff Recommendation 1. Accept the La Pata Sewer Lift Station Rehabilitation, from the contractor, Jennette Company, Inc., CIP Project No. 20201. 2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the La Pata Sewer Lift Station Rehabilitation. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the recordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the Engineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor, Jennette Company, Inc.
