K. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN PROGRAM ASSESSMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION Staff Recommendation 1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. C19-82, by and between the City of San Clemente and Geosyntec Consultants, providing for Water Quality Management Plan Program Assessment and Implementation services. This contract amendment increases the contract amount from $174,444 to $214,444 (an increase of $40,000). 2. Authorize the City Manager to approve a future amendment to complete plan checks for projects under review at the expiration of the contract amendment limit of $40,000 for an additional $15,000.
