APPOINTMENT OF ANDY HALL AS CITY MANAGER Staff Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council approve, and authorize the Mayor to execute, City Manager Employment Agreement (Contract No. C23-03), by and between the City of San Clemente and Andy Hall, and authorize acceleration of the agreement's commencement date if that should become possible.
