3. APPOINTMENTS TO THE PARKS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES, 23-986 ARTS, AND PLANNING COMMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council make appointments as follows: 1. Parks and Community Services Commission - Make three (3) member appointments with a term expiration of January 2027 (Appointments by Council Member Marr, Chavez, and Reynolds) and one (1) member appointment with a term expiration of January 2025 (Appointment by Mayor Stephens) 2.
