8) CONSIDERATION OF UPGRADE TO MICROWAVE SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order in the amount of $1,017,589.00 to Microwave Networks Inc. to upgrade the City's microwave infrastructure; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any agreements and documents necessary to upgrade the City's microwave infrastructure, in such form as approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any amendments to the Purchase Order or any agreements entered into in connection with the upgrade of the microwave infrastructure, provided that the total cost for the upgrade does not exceed $1,100,000.00.
