Item No. 18. 2023-0009 CONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT THE PROJECT AS COMPLETE, PROJECT NO. 1413-4: CITY-WIDE ANNUAL RUBBERIZED SLURRY SEAL, AND CRACK SEAL PROGRAM (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. ACCEPT as complete Project No. 1413-4: City-wide Annual Rubberized Slurry Seal, and Crack Seal program 2. AUTHORIZE staff to file a Notice of Completion.
