NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR 2022 SLURRY SEAL AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS, SPECIFICATION NO. 2022-005 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on December 19, 2022 accepting the 2022 Slurry Seal At Various Locations Specification No. 2022-005 completed by Onyx Paving Company, Inc.; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
