(O’Neill/Lo) Recommendation: 1) Award a public works agreement to ATI Restoration, LLC for a lump sum amount of $160,409.93, with an additional contingency of 20% or $32,081.99, to conduct water damage restoration and construction to the main room, offices, and hallway of the Point Vicente Interpretive Center resulting from a water pipe break; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
