2. Resolution No. 23-03 – Selection of Projects for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023- 2024 (49th) Program Year of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Open the Public Hearing; 2. Hear the Staff Report; 3. Solicit input relative to the FY 2023-2024 (49th Year) CDBG Program; 4. Close the Public Hearing; 5. Adopt Resolution No. 23-03, approving the 2023-2024 (49th Year) CDBG Program as follows: a. Housing Rehabilitation ($159,336) b. Senior Activities ($25,745); and 6. Authorize the City Manager or designee to prepare, execute, and submit the Planning Summary, Agreements, and all required documents for the 2023-24 (49th Year) CDBG Program. COUNCIL CONSENT CALENDAR: The Consent Calendar items listed below are considered and acted upon under one motion unless an individual item or items are removed by a Councilmember for further consideration or explanation.
