5. Agreement for Vendor Services with Moore United Construction for Walnut Ranch Park Pickleball Conversion and Tennis Court Renovation Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Moore United Construction in the amount of $178,541.27 for the conversion of one existing tennis court to pickleball and the renovation of two remaining tennis courts; 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize staff to issue change orders not to exceed 20% of the contract award amount ($35,708.20) to Moore United Construction; and 4. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Moore United Construction in the amount of $178,541.27.
