5.1 APPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS\nFOR AMENDED RESTATED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (ARDA)\nDEMOLITION AND CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS\nACTION:\n1) Approve the construction plans, specifications and contract documents for\nthe ARDA Site Demolition.\n2) Approve the Engineer's Estimate, Construction Contingency and Project\nFunding Summary.\n3) Authorize staff to solicit competitive bids and award the construction\ncontract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in accordance with\nthe City's purchasing policies and procedures, within the approved project\nbudget.\n4) Approve a budget appropriation in the amount of $13,745,225 from the\nDepartment of Finance Settlement Fund (Fund 181) and create the ARDA Site\nDemolition Capital Improvement Project to receive the allocation.\n5.1
