I. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement for City Attorney Legal Services with Aleshire & Wynder, LLP. (Bañales) Recommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement for City Attorney Legal Services with Aleshire & Wynder, LLP increasing all rates for all legal services by the annual CPI-U or three (3) percent, whichever is less effective July 1, 2023; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
