B. TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS The City Council is requested to receive and file: 1. The actions of the Regular Transportation and Public Safety Commission Meeting of January 11, 2023; and 2. The actions of the Regular Transportation and Public Safety Commission Meeting of February 8, 2023. Recommendation: 1. Receive and file the Transportation and Public Safety Commission Actions; and 2. Find that approval of the Commission Actions is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.
