G. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-5658 APPROVING PAYMENT OF BILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 23-5658 authorizing the payment of bills. Recommendation: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-5658; and 2. Find that adoption of the resolution authorizing the payment of bills is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.
