F. VISA CARD REPORT The City Council is requested to receive and file the Visa Card Report. Recommendation: 1. Receive and file; and 2. Find that receiving and filing the Visa Card Report is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15061(b)(3).
