H. UPDATE ON CITY’S CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION LIMIT FOR 2023-2024 The City’s campaign contribution limit is automatically adjusted according to the Consumer Price Index in January of every odd year. City Council is requested to receive and file an update on the adjustment of the City’s Campaign Contribution Limit for 2023-2024. Recommendation: City Council is requested to: 1. Receive and file the update on the City’s Campaign Contribution Limit for 2023-2024; and 2. Find that receiving and filing the update on the City’s Campaign Contribution Limit is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3), no environmental review is required.
