FEE WAIVER REQUEST - HAWAIIAN SURF CLUB OF SAN ONOFRE 2023 POLYNESIAN FESTIVAL Staff and the Beaches, Parks and Recreation Commission Recommendation Approve a one-time fee waiver of all facility rental fees for the 2023 Polynesian Festival and Luau hosted by the Hawaiian Surf Club of San Onofre, at the San Clemente Community Center, in an amount not to exceed $1,245.
