A. Commissions and Committees (1) RESIGNATION OF RYAN BOURQUE FROM THE INVESTMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Staff Recommendation 1. Accept the resignation of Ryan Bourque from the Investment Advisory Committee, with regret. 2. Provide direction to staff on whether to solicit applications to fill the remainder of Mr. Bourque’s term (June 2024) or to leave the position vacant, and advertise for the position when the City seeks applications for all of its Commissions and Committees in April.
