A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The City Council is requested to review and approve: 1. The Minutes of the Special City Council Meeting of February 21, 2023; 2. The Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of February 21, 2023; and 3. The Minutes of the Special City Council Meeting of February 22, 2023. Recommendation: 1. Approve the Minutes of the City Council Meetings; and 2. Find that approval of the City Council Minutes is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.
