E. SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 23-1069, SERIES C CODE AMENDMENTS OF TITLE 9 (ZONING REGULATIONS), CHAPTER 1 (ZONING CODE) AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-5653 AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN LAND USE ELEMENT TO CLARIFY MIXED-USE AND RESIDENTIAL DENSITIES The City Council is requested to adopt the proposed Ordinance, Series C Code Amendments of Title 9 (Zoning Regulations), Chapter 1 (Zoning Code) and adopt a resolution to amend the General Plan Land Use Element. Recommendation: 1. Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 23-1069 (Attachment “A”) updating Title 9 of the Temple City Municipal Code and waive further reading; 2. Adopt Resolution No. 23-5653 (Attachment “B”), amendments to the General Plan Land Use Element to Clarify Mixed-Use and Residential Densities; and 3. Find that the project is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
