FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR TRACT MAP NO. 82843, A FIVE- UNIT CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT AT 5826 CLOVERLY AVENUE City Council approval of the final map will allow the developer to obtain the building permits and start the construction of the five condominium dwelling units. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Tract Map No. 82843 (Attachment “A”); 2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Tract Map No. 82843; and 3. Find that approval of the subdivision map is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guideline 15061(b)(3).
