7. Acceptance of $43,076.00 from the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Accept SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program Funds from the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecyle); 2. Appropriate $43,076.00 from General Fund Reserves to account 01-5600- 6280 to expend grant funds for eligible expenses which support implementation of Senate Bill (SB) 1383; and 3. Appropriate $43,076.00 into revenue account 01-0000-3820 to receive the grant funding and reimburse General Fund Reserves.
