6.1 ONE IRVINE PROGRAM UPDATE AND EXPANSION\nACTION:\n1) Approve Program Guidelines for the One Irvine Green Home Grant\nProgram, the Program Guidelines for the Home Improvement Loan Program,\nincluding expansion of program eligibility to owners of all Irvine homes built\nduring or prior to 1975.\n2) Adopt - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nIRVINE, CALIFORNIA, MODIFYING THE DATES FOR THE ONE IRVINE\nSINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING AND PLANNING FEE HOLIDAY\nPROGRAM FOR CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL IMPROVEMENTS TO EXISTING\nSINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL IN NORTH EL CAMINO REAL AND\nEXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILT IN OR PRIOR TO 1975\n3) Approve a Budget Adjustment allocating the remaining $3,052,000 from the\nIrvine Recovery Plan to specific One Irvine program budget line items.\n4) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to adjust the One Irvine\nprogram budget line items as needed to ensure full expenditure within the next\nfour years.\n6.1
