Approve Resolution 2023-005, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Authorizing the Director of Public Works to Execute Program Supplement Agreement (PSA) No. N014 Rev.1 with the State of California Department of Transportation to Administer Agency-State Agreements for Federal-Aid Projects." It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-005, entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Authorizing the Director of Public Works to Execute Program Supplement Agreement (PSA) No. N014 Rev.1 with the State of California Department of Transportation to Administer Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects." STAFF REPORT
