4.4. FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 FINANCIAL UPDATE Recommended Action: 1. Receive and file the fiscal year (FY) 2022-23 financial update; 2. Appropriate an additional $61,500 and $16,000 for the Aquatic Center and the AV Center, respectively, for the FY 2022-23 budget; and 3.
