REINSTATING WATER SHUTOFFS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SENATE BILL 998 AND MUNICIPAL CODE 14.12.240 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing this report notifying the City Council and public that the City will resume water shut-offs and late fees pursuant to Monterey Park Municipal Code (“MPMC”) § 14.12.240; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
