3-E. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CHINATOWN SERVICE CENTER TO UTILIZE SPACE WITHIN THE BRUGGEMEYER LIBRARY TO PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a license agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney with Chinatown Service Center to utilize space within the Bruggemeyer Library to provide mental health and wellness services to the community; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
