CALIFORNIA STATE LIBRARY 2023-2024 LIBRARY SERVICES TECHNOLOGY ACT (LSTA) LOCAL AND COLLABORATIVE GRANT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to apply for, receive, and appropriate grant funds for the California State Library’s 2023-2024 LSTA Local and Collaborative Grant; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
