3. PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES23-1117 FOR THE DESIGN OF FIRE STATION NO. 4 TRAINING FACILITY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council: 1. Award a Professional Services Agreement to PBK Architects, Inc., 8163 Rochester Avenue, Suite 100, Rancho Cucamonga, California, for two years, with three one-year renewal periods, in an amount not to exceed $362,000. 2.
