B. FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2022-2023 MID-YEAR FINANCIAL REVIEW, TREASURER’S REPORT, REVENUE, EXPENDITURE AND CAPITAL PROJECT SUMMARY REPORTS AND BUDGET AMENDMENT The City Council is requested to receive an update of revenue and expense information of the City’s overall financial condition and approve adjustments needed to align the City’s revenue resources with the cost of providing services. Presenter: Administrative Services Director Recommendation: 1. Receive the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 (FY22-23) Mid-Year Financial Review and related reports; 2. Approve and authorize staff to revise revenue and expenditure estimates as indicated in Attachment “A”; and 3. Find that the Mid-Year Financial review is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.
