ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION R24-11 (1) APPROVING THE\nPURCHASE OF A POLICE DETECTIVE VEHICLE IN AN AMOUNT\nNOT TO EXCEED $47,000; (2) MAKING AN APPROPRIATION\nFROM THE AB 2766 SUBVENTION FUND IN THE AMOUNT NOT\nTO EXCEED $47,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CLEAN AIR\nVEHICLE AND (3) AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO\nEXECUTE RELATED DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY\nAND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE SUCH ACCOUNTING\nENTRIES AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt\nResolution No. R24-11: (1) approving the purchase of a\nreplacement police detective vehicle in an amount not to exceed\n$47,000; (2) making an appropriation from the AB 2766\nSubvention Fund not to exceed $47,000 and (3) authorizing the\nCity Manager to execute related documents on behalf of the City\nand the Finance Director to make such accounting entries for\nthis purchase as deemed appropriate.\nStaff Report\nRevised Staff Report
