Agreement with All Cities Engineering, Inc., for the Construction of the Water\nMain Replacement, Phase I, City Project No. 689-WTR, determining the project is\ncategorically exempt under Title 14, and approving Notice of Exemption\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with All Cities Engineering, Inc., for the construction of the\nWater Main Replacement, Phase I, City Project No. 689-WTR, in an amount not-to-\nexceed $3,354,019;\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City\nAttorney;\nc. Adopting a finding determining the Water Main Replacement, Phase I, City Project No.\n689-WTR, as categorically exempt under Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations,\nSection 15302; and\nd. Approving the Notice of Exemption for the construction of the Project and directing the\nCity Clerk to file it with the Los Angeles County Registrar Recorder's Office.
