12. Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) Site Operator Professional Services Agreement with the Los Angeles Centers for Drug and Alcohol Abuse RECOMMENDED MOTION: 1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with the Los Angeles Centers for Drug and Alcohol Abuse (LA CADA) for the period of one year from 4/17/2023 to 04/17/2024 to provide professional services necessary to operate the BHCH site. 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep record of documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Professional Services Agreement with LA CADA. 3. Authorize the Department of Finance to establish all necessary account numbers for the administration of the BHCH Site and create a blanket purchase order for LA CADA not to exceed $890,206.29 in administrative fees.
