11. Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) Site Security Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard RECOMMENDED MOTION: 1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard for the period of one year from 03/14/2023 to 03/14/2024 to provide professional services necessary to provide security services to the BHCH site. 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep record of documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard. 3. Authorize the Department of Finance to establish all necessary account numbers for the administration of the BHCH site and create a blanket purchase order for Citiguard not to exceed $209,503 in administrative fees.
