B. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTIONS The City Council is requested to receive and file the actions of the Planning Commission Regular Meeting of February 28, 2023. Recommendation: 1. Receive and file the Planning Commission Actions; and 2. Find that the Commission Actions is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guideline 15061(b)(3).
