C. FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 83179, A FOUR- UNIT CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AT 4447 ELLIS LANE City Council is requested to approve the final map. Approving the final map will allow the property owner to record the map and start construction of the four condominium units. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Parcel Map No. 83179; 2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Parcel Map No. 83179; and 3. Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) and Section 15332 (In-fill Development Projects) of the California CEQA Guidelines.
