City Council: Actions with respect to emergency repairs on the 3500 block of Sky Haven Lane; approval of a Public Works Agreement with Dick Miller, Inc., in the amount of $897,563, for slope stabilization work; authorization for the City Engineer to approve Change Orders up to a total of $270,000; appropriation of $1,200,000 from Infrastructure Reserves; and authorization for the City Manager to execute the agreements upon receipt of all supporting documents
